Uploads and runs the f5-system-scanner
Usage: f5.system-scanner [options...] <system scanner binary> <dat file> <dat hash file> <output file>
Options:
-w <minutes> Timeout in minutes for waiting, default 30
Uploads the files to /shared/tmp and runs the system scanner with a nice value of 19.
The script waits for the scanner to finish, downloads the report and searches for
"MISMATCH" lines in the report. If it finds a mismatch the script exits with exit code 1.
