Posts a Declarative declaration, optionally runs mustache before.

Usage: f5.do.declare [options...] <DO declaration file>
Options:
    -d <defaults file>  Define a custom variable file. Default is <DO declaration file>.var.
    -k                  Keeps the temporary files.
    -t                  Process the do declaration file with mustache.
