Adds an entry to the F5 Bot Defense Profile Whitelist.

Usage: f5.botdefense.whitelist.add <fullPath> <name> <src> <url>

Full path: Bot Defense Profile Path, e. g. /Common/bd-default
Name:      Name of the whitelist entry, must be uniq.
Src:       Source IP in CIDR notation.
URL:       URL to whitelist.
